Module Description:
This module enables participants to apply acquired theoretical knowledge and pedagogical-didactic skills in a real educational environment. The focus is on developing practical competencies through active involvement in delivering educational activities under the mentorship of experienced trainers and with continuous supervision. The module includes planning, facilitation, and evaluation of teaching units, along with reflective analysis of one’s own work and progress.
Educational practice empowers participants to take on responsibility in the role of trainer, develop their professional identity, and build a safe and supportive educational environment.
The module includes:
- Planning and delivering teaching units within the training program.
- Facilitation of theoretical and experiential educational processes.
- Using various didactic methods and tools in teaching.
- Developing reflective practice and continuous professional development.
- Receiving and integrating feedback through supervision and mentorship.
- Professional documentation and evaluation of educational work.
Learning Outcomes
Competencies:
By the end of the module, participants will be able to:
a) Independently plan and deliver educational sessions under supervision.
b) Effectively facilitate the educational process in various contexts.
c) Reflect on and integrate feedback to improve their own practice.
d) Maintain educational documentation and evaluate educational activities.
Knowledge:
By the end of the module, participants will have acquired:
a) Practical knowledge of the psychotherapy education process.
b) Insight into the challenges and dynamics of trainer practice.
c) Understanding of the importance of supervision and mentorship in professional development.

By the end of the module, participants will have developed:
a) Skills in facilitation, presentation, and managing the educational process.
b) The ability to self-assess and seek support through supervision.
c) The capacity for continuous learning and development as a trainer.
Assessment of Knowledge and Competencies:
The module is assessed through:
- Presentation – presentation of an educational unit/module plan under supervision.
- Presentation – written or oral presentation of a report on educational practice.
- Discussion – analysis of mentor and supervisor evaluation.
