She graduated from the Faculty of Medicine in Belgrade, where she specialized in neuropsychiatry and received her doctorate in the field of clinical psychiatry. He is the founder, educator and supervisor of systemic family psychotherapy at the European Accredited Psychotherapy Training Institute, the Association of Systemic Therapists in Belgrade and the Education Center since 2005.
He has been a mentor to clinical psychiatry residents since 1998. He has been teaching at the Faculty of Media and Communications since 2009, at undergraduate and master’s degrees, on the following subjects: Basics of interpersonal skills, Theories of affective attachment, Mediation, Family relations, Group dynamics and group processes, Basics of psychotherapy and counseling, Psychotherapy process, Systemic approach to partner crises, Techniques in couple psychotherapy.
Professional non-academic activities: since 2000, she has been an expert for the accreditation of the Institute for Psychotherapy at the European Association for Psychotherapy, since 2017 she has been in charge of external affairs in this organization, she is the general secretary of the European Association for Family Therapy, as well as the general secretary of the Association of Psychotherapists Associations of Serbia, a consultant for the development of psychosocial programs at the International Organization for Migration, and the president of the SOS Children’s Villages of Serbia Foundation. He is the recipient of the “Vladeta Jerotić” award for 2019.
