Irma Bečar has more than 15 years of experience in marketing and team management, and her work is characterized by optimism, dedication and creativity as the main values that guide her. Born in 1986 in Sarajevo, she graduated in communication studies and has had a successful career in leadership positions in various sectors. She worked as an account manager at the international marketing agency MPG, PR manager at the Youth Sports Games, and creative director at Toolbox. Since 2019, she has been leading MASTA Agency, where she successfully manages product launch projects, campaign development and event organization. She is especially proud of the project “Nobody hungry. Nobody alone”, which led to the reduction of VAT on donated food to 0%.
She is passionate about people, animals, different cultures and continuous learning. Her rich experience has allowed her to build a wide network of contacts in various industries. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, kitesurfing, skiing, music and photography. She is also an active member of the organizing team of the Multimedia Festival of Art and Design, Many Man Show. Her work ethic is based on the search for the “perfect moment,” defined by laughter, love, and the beauty of life.
