Module Description:
This module provides participants with the opportunity for intensive development of trainer competencies through structured supervised work. The focus is on applying theoretical knowledge and didactic skills in concrete educational situations, with the support and evaluation of experienced supervisors. The module enables continuous reflection on the role of the trainer, the facilitator of group processes with challenges in education, group dynamics, and one’s own professional and personal development.
Supervised work includes the preparation, delivery, and evaluation of educational and group activities, with the aim of strengthening trainer identity, ethical conduct, and the ability to facilitate complex educational and group processes.
The module includes:
- Preparation and delivery of educational content in the presence of a supervisor.
- Developing self-assessment and reflective practice in the role of trainer.
- Managing group processes in education.
- Integration of theoretical knowledge and training skills in practice.
- Application of ethical guidelines and standards in education.
- Receiving and providing constructive feedback in a supervisory context.
Learning Outcomes
Competencies:
By the end of the module, participants will be able to:
a) Independently lead educational units and group processes with supervisory support.
b) Apply theoretical knowledge and educational methods in working with groups.
c) Develop and implement reflective practice.
d) Identify and address challenges in educational and group contexts using supervisory tools.
Knowledge:
By the end of the module, participants will have acquired:
a) A deeper understanding of group processes, educational processes, and supervision in psychotherapy.
b) Knowledge of the application of evaluation methods in education.
c) Insight into the development of professional identity through supervised work.
Skills:
By the end of the module, participants will have developed:
a) The ability to facilitate educational sessions in real conditions.
b) Skills in reflection and integration of supervisory experiences.
c) The capacity for continuous improvement of their own training competencies.
Assessment of Knowledge and Competencies:
The module is assessed through:
- Documented supervised work (preparation, delivery, evaluation of educational and group activities).
- Reflective report on the development of trainer competencies.
- Supervisor’s evaluation and self-assessment of progress.
