Module Description:
This module focuses on developing evaluation competencies, enhancing reflective practice, and strengthening academic integrity in psychotherapy education. Through this module, participants will acquire the knowledge and skills necessary for planning and implementing evaluation processes, self-assessment, integrating theoretical and practical aspects of learning, as well as academic expression and connection with contemporary research.
The emphasis is on developing the educator as a reflective practitioner who continuously monitors and improves their own practice, and as a professional who contributes to the quality of education through evaluation, theoretical-practical integration, and academic literacy.
The module includes:
- Evaluation in psychotherapy education: objectives, methods, and tools.
- Self-evaluation and reflective practice of the educator.
- Documenting and reporting on learning outcomes.
- Theoretical-practical integration and academic standards.
- Writing academic papers, essays, and educational reports.
- Critical analysis and application of theory in the context of education.
Learning Outcomes
Competencies:
By the end of the module, participants will be able to:
a) Plan and implement evaluation processes in education.
b) Reflect on and analyse their own training style and its impact on the group.
c) Prepare academic and evaluation documents in accordance with standards.
Knowledge:
By the end of the module, participants will have acquired:
a) Theoretical knowledge of evaluation methods and reflective practice.
b) Understanding of the role of evaluation in improving the quality of education.
c) Insight into the standards of academic writing and reporting.

By the end of the module, participants will have developed:
a) The ability to structure and implement evaluation instruments.
b) Skills in reflection and self-evaluation in an educational context.
c) The capacity to write professional and academic reports.
Assessment of Knowledge and Competencies:
The module is assessed through:
- Development and presentation of an evaluation plan for an educational unit.
- Written reflective essay on the educational experience.
- Self-evaluation and presentation of the integration of theoretical and practical aspects.
