Therapeutic plan and interventions for specific personal, relational, and contextual difficulties

Module Description:

This module provides students with the fundamental skills and knowledge required to create and implement therapeutic plans tailored to the individual and contextual specificities of clients. The focus is on developing interventions that address various psychological, developmental, relational, and systemic factors influencing the client’s mental health. The module integrates theoretical concepts and clinical practice, enabling students to formulate structured yet flexible therapeutic plans based on integrative psychotherapy approaches.

The module covers::

  • Principles of developing a therapeutic plan – setting goals and determining work strategies in line with individual and contextual factors.
  • Assessment and selection of therapeutic interventions – choosing and adapting working methods based on clinical assessment and established hypotheses.
  • Flexibility and adaptation of the therapeutic plan – working with complex cases and adjusting the approach according to the development of the therapeutic process.
  • Interventions focused on individual, couple, and systemic family therapy – addressing specific emotional and cognitive patterns that hinder change.
  • Contextual factors in therapy – integrating social, cultural, and interpersonal aspects into therapeutic work.
  • Evaluation of intervention effects – assessing progress and adjusting therapeutic goals through reflection and supervision..

– Practical demonstration – presentation of the application of interventions in working with specific difficulties.
